by the Ground method to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

a special flat fee that is automatically added to the shopping cart.

- Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and box size of the item and the distance it must
be shipped.
- UPS is our usual carrier within the 48 contiguous United States. If you prefer a different carrier (such as FedEx),
please call 1-800-423-8211 to make arrangements.
- KV normally uses USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail for orders being shipped to destinations in Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands or APO / FPO. Charges may apply.
International Shipping
- Orders being shipped to international destinations usually go through the US Postal Service.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?
- Most orders placed before 12 noon Central Time Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed
outside of that window are shipped on the next business day.
- Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States typically takes 2-4 days to arrive.
- Temperature sensitive items that are being shipped expediently (Next Day or 2nd Day) are usually only sent
from KV Supply on certain days of the week.

- Orders are not usually delivered on Saturdays. That means that orders shipped 2nd
Day Air on Thursday or Next Day Air on Friday would arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery is a special service available in many
areas for an additional charge. Please call 800-423-8211 or 402-367-6047 to make Saturday Delivery arrangements.
- During certain holidays your delivery may be delayed because KV Supply and/or the carrier may be
closed in recognition of the holiday.
